Alchemy + libjpeg (3) - Solved

I friggin solved the compilation issue by moving
whatever there is in /usr/local/include and /usr/local/lib
to $ALCHEMY_HOME/usr/local/include and $ALCHEMY_HOME/usr/local/lib

What a bummer....
